2. Scope of Services

NexEcoTech Pvt. Ltd. provides the following services:

• Hybrid & Zero Cost Solar Solutions
• Electronics Products Supply & Trading
• Website & Software Development Services
• Technical Consultancy & Project Reports

All services are subject to availability, technical feasibility, and mutual agreement.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• All information provided by you is accurate and complete

4. Service Agreement

• A formal agreement, quotation, or work order will be shared before project execution.
• The scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in writing.
• Any additional work beyond agreed scope will be chargeable.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in INR unless specified otherwise.
• Taxes (including GST) will be applicable as per government norms.
• Payment terms may include advance, milestone-based, or full payment depending on the service.
• Delay in payment may result in service suspension or cancellation.

6. Installation & Execution (Solar Projects)

• Site inspection and feasibility analysis will be conducted before installation.
• Customer must provide necessary access, approvals, and documentation.
• Installation timelines are subject to weather, government approvals, and logistics.
• NexEcoTech Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate site and identity information
• Ensure timely payments
• Obtain required permissions (if applicable)
• Cooperate during installation and service execution

8. Warranty & Support

• Solar systems and products may carry manufacturer warranties.
• NexEcoTech Pvt. Ltd. provides service support as per agreed terms.
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, or natural disasters.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on project stage.
• In case of denial or cancellation, project report and consultancy fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Limitation of Liability

• NexEcoTech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

11. Intellectual Property

• All designs, software, reports, and materials developed remain the property of NexEcoTech Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise agreed.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Supply chain disruptions
• Labor issues

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Customer violates these terms
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled
• Misuse or fraudulent activity is detected

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India

15. Amendments

NexEcoTech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on the website.
